1. Scope of Engagement

SureCollabs provides creator discovery, campaign strategy, UGC production, and campaign management services. Individual commercial campaigns are governed by formal statements of work and creator agreements executed between participating parties.

2. Creator Rights & Content Ownership

All content creation deliverables, digital advertising usage rights, and whitelisting permissions are strictly defined per approved campaign brief and contract schedules. Creators retain moral rights to their content unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Commercial Integrity

Brands and creators agree to transparent representation of products, ethical disclosure of commercial partnerships in compliance with applicable advertising standards (e.g. ASCI / FTC guidelines), and non-solicitation of active agency relationships.
